Project Overview

Shivaan Asset Management was engaged by one of the leading mining and metals company to support with assessing and improving their existing underground copper ore production throughput, equipment reliability optimisation and minimise unplanned failures of their underground critical equipments.

Scope Of Works

Shivaan Asset Management conducted a thorough Gap analysis of existing operational strategies, review of their unplanned equipment failures, optimizing existing equipment operating and maintenance strategies (data-based), contributing to defect elimination analysis for top three (3) equipments with chronic failure events, effective stakeholder engagements and workshops, optimizing and updating their existing maintenance and work management strategies whilst collaborating and managing other contractors during the project. The underground mine’s critical equipments included were of the following Systems:
